FolliCure Hair Transplant operates as an independent case management and patient coordination service. We are not a medical clinic, hospital, or healthcare provider. We do not employ surgeons, physicians, or medical staff, and we do not perform any medical procedures.

Our services include, but are not limited to: personalized hair loss assessment and consultation, matching clients with suitable partner clinics based on individual needs, coordination of treatment planning and scheduling, travel logistics guidance, package structuring and pricing transparency, and post-procedure follow-up support.

We work with carefully selected partner clinics located in Turkey. All medical procedures, including hair transplant surgery, are performed by licensed medical professionals at the assigned partner clinic. FolliCure acts solely as a coordination and case management intermediary between you and the medical facility.

FolliCure Hair Transplant does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any information provided through our website, consultations, or communications is for general informational and coordination purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice.

All medical decisions, including the determination of candidacy for a hair transplant procedure, graft count, technique selection, and surgical execution, are made by the licensed medical professionals at the partner clinic assigned to your case.

You are responsible for disclosing accurate and complete medical history, medications, allergies, and any other health-related information that may affect your eligibility or safety for a hair transplant procedure. Failure to provide accurate medical information may result in complications for which FolliCure cannot be held liable.

We strongly recommend consulting with your personal physician or healthcare provider before undergoing any medical procedure, including hair transplantation.

All pricing for our service packages is presented in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Package details, inclusions, and pricing are provided during the consultation process and confirmed in writing before any commitment is required.

A case commitment deposit is required to secure your placement and initiate formal coordination with your assigned partner clinic. This deposit confirms your intent to proceed and is applied toward your final package cost.

Payment terms, accepted methods, and installment options (if applicable) will be communicated during the booking process. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment platforms.

FolliCure reserves the right to adjust pricing for future clients. Any pricing agreed upon and confirmed in writing for your specific case will be honored as stated.

If you wish to cancel your case after submitting a commitment deposit, the following terms apply:

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled procedure date may be eligible for a partial refund of the deposit, minus any administrative and coordination fees already incurred.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled procedure date are generally non-refundable, as clinic reservations, scheduling, and logistical arrangements will have been finalized on your behalf.

No-shows or cancellations made on or after the procedure date are non-refundable.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@follicurehairtransplant.com. Refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and processing may take up to 30 business days.

FolliCure reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a case due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or clinic availability. In such cases, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund of any amounts paid.

FolliCure Hair Transplant acts exclusively as a coordination and case management service. We are not responsible for the medical outcomes, surgical results, complications, or side effects arising from any procedure performed at a partner clinic.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FolliCure Hair Transplant, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, website, or any procedure coordinated through our platform.

This includes, without limitation, damages related to: surgical outcomes or complications, travel disruptions or delays, miscommunication with third-party providers, loss of personal property, or any other claims arising from your participation in a coordinated treatment plan.

Our total aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to FolliCure Hair Transplant for coordination services related to your specific case.

All content on the FolliCure Hair Transplant website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, page layouts, and branding elements, is the property of FolliCure Hair Transplant and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from our website without prior written consent from FolliCure Hair Transplant.

The FolliCure Hair Transplant name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of FolliCure Hair Transplant. Unauthorized use of any trademarks is strictly prohibited.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the United States.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
